What happens after I subscribe?

You'll receive a welcome email at the address you use to pay with your login credentials and a link to access KoDox at kodoxsystems.com. You can start using the app immediately.

Are there per-user fees?

No. Every plan includes unlimited users. Add your entire crew, foremen, PMs, and office staff — no extra charge.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period with no cancellation fees.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All payments are processed by Stripe — the same payment system used by Amazon, Google, and millions of businesses. We never see or store your card details.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes. You can upgrade from Single Project to Unlimited or Enterprise at any time. The price difference is prorated automatically.
